The day that everyone has been waiting, although u like it or not here it is. The most anticipated Chinese New Year! LoL.. First of all I would like to say, may this Dragon year brings luck, happiness, prosperity, health and wealth to u n ur family..(Like me,the dragon) ;D

Since my family were just moving in to jakarta, it’s a pretty quite celebration at here, started with a very simple cny eve reunion dinner wit sis’s family at our new rented home. As I’m blogging rite now, I’m still lying lazily on my bed, wondering what today and the rest of the week will bring. Usually around this time back at my hometown we will already get prepared to welcome our relatives to come for lunchie. But not this time. And no more friends gathering on the second day, too bad.

Well anyway, hope u guys have a great celebration for the dragon k! Gong xi gong xi!

here we are, second weekend of 2012 and my first post of the year. how your year started? great? mine was not quite. stopped by polices while i was walking out from my office to bus stop at night with unreasonable accusation - i carried a bag =.=” hello? do i look like a thief? zzzzzz

the other thing was, we (some of us) dint get any xmas presents that we supposed to get. was promised that our xmas presents will come from San Fransisco (cos the lady boss will be there),but what we got was only the stupid jelly beans sweet. seriously? from robinson xmas present voucher of hundreds to jelly beans. hah! u do the count. nvm, i’ll let it pass as long as we got the bonus that we deserved! lol (which we havent get till now)

but anyway, 2012 still a long way to go. all the best in this dragon year y’all! <3

1 thing that i notice from myself lately, i become much more calmer these days ever since i join gym, maybe cos it keeps me occupied and companied in my busy nor slower days. i can’t believe im healthier and happier on my own without lots of useless thought about friends. tho of cos my mind wont skip it once in awhile. but it’s an improvement rite? i should start 2012 with more positive thinking..hehe.pray for me it lasts!

ok so other than that, i will be flying back to my hometown tomorrow afternoon for 3 days, to attend my best friend wedding on the 1st. what a way to start the 2012, a wedding! wonder when is my turn, hahaa kidding. and of cos i will be spending the new year’s eve at there too, hopefully it will turn out fun.

BEWARE! christmas overdose ahead! kidding..first of all, merry christmas to you all beautiful people who celebrates this day, and happy holiday for you who doesnt celebrating. either way, we still will come across the jolly jolly spirit of it right?

ok so way back in 2009 i did write some posts about Christmas in Malaysia’s shopping malls, now here’s the 2011 version of it tho im missing some malls that i previously listed cos i dint manage to visit all those malls during this christmas season. in fact,some of them (some of the malls down there) i dint go and took photos by my ownself. lol.(credit: kelven)

honestly speaking, this year christmas decors are not better than previous years. less than stellar. none of them really “wow” me. well,maybe the reason is i dint see it all with my own eyes. let you be the judge!

Merry the IOI

IOI mall presents you a very very simple christmas decors. nothing fancy and nothing amazing which i can understand. it’s IOI. well, at least there are still decors to celebrate this one of the biggest holiday event in a year.

Merry the Sunway Pyramid

one of the shopping malls that i dint manage to go and witness by myself, sunway pyramid. (credit: mknightquest.blogspot.com). by the photos that i’ve seen, it’s pretty good actually. a classic feel, with a block of explanation about the christmas decors itself such how snowan was created, how reindeers are used, what is Robin and so on.. good job

Merry the One Utama

surprised surprised~ where are the christmas tress, 1U? one utama decided to use a different approach this year, an underwater christmas theme, where you can see the shell-angels, huge shell, fishes, and all those things down under. impressive? not bad, cos it’s different from all the competitors this year. i love how they did the staging for their performances, just like how they usually did most fo the years.

Merry the Emporium Shopping Gallery

look who’s back and running! after the tragic incident, now Emporium is back to serve us. but looking at their christmas decors, it is such a turn off, nothing special about it at all, it seems like they are doing it half-hearted, i cant even feel the christmas atmosphere in there. too bad. maybe they spent most of their money to renovate the mall itself? i dont know.

Merry the Gardens

gardens oh gardens. what happen with your christmas decorations? it’s pretty and such..but what’s new? well, at least it’s not a bad one.

Merry the Midvalley

one of the always-stunning-mall-christmas-decos, midvalley. with an Amaze-ing christmas all the Way theme, they built a maze on their centre court. actually it’s pretty simple,but the fact that there’s a maze in a mall, makes people excited cos they can interact with it. the other side of the court were decorated in a simple way, which is wasted. it couldve been better.

Merry the Berjaya Times Square

from what it looks like (cos i havent been there), times square is having a toys christmas theme. another big christmas tree in the middle with toy box store surrounding it. well, from the photos, they look like they missed some touch of “playground”

Merry the Pavilion

well, this is the mall which always have the potential to become the best christmas decoration mall in town. this time they are back with the theme Christmas Wonderland. another wonderland, candyland, lollipop, sweets = boring. ou and the recycle reindeers from 2009. really pavilion? the only plus point from this is the carousel.

Merry the Suria KLCC

the last but not least, klcc. i havent been here as well. the only photo that i got shows pretty much a lot like a classic christmas theme with a rotating Santa Claus,as i heard. guess it’s a simple and nice approach they are using, as long as the lights are up

it’s been awhile since my last post about movies review, but now im back with one! hopefully u guys havent watch it, or it might be too late. lol. as u know, these past few months there’s not much blockbuster movies that were shown, more or less. and with the fact, hollywood movies were banned in Indonesia (when i were there few months back- earlier this year), i felt left out in this big little world. XD.

ok so here we go, the latest 4 movies that i’ve watched.

you are the apple of my eyes

one thing that i noticed about this movie – it was always fully booked. guess malaysian,or i can say teenagers, really loves this type of movie. in fact me too. hah! the thing is, the story reflects most of our school life in the past (or maybe now) which make the audience feels closer to the character in the movie. indeed i feel the same too, the movie reminds me of my school time, a very light friendship and love in between, broken hearted, exams, fun, laughter, sadness, made me miss the time back then. this movie is recommended for u who enjoy looking back at life (in a positive way). oh and just for warning, there are “tfk” and naked butt scenes (alot). XD story: ok, stars: ok, visual: ok, 3.5 stars

Arthur Christmas

Not exactly the type of movie that i love to watch, but with this christmas spirit around who doesnt like to have a piece of christmas’ joy movie? (the fact is there’s no other movie to watch – not interested in happy feet or puss in the boots). so this arthur christmas shows us how exactly santa is doing his magic every year in the christmas eve to send over million/billion christmas gifts for all the children in the whole world (hight tech delivery machine and techniques!). too bad, with all those high tech stuff, santa accidentally left out 1 child which lead arthur to go and save the day. for me this movie is most suitable for kids who still living in the joy of christmas, where adults might find it “meh”.but since it’s the only christmas movie available, so why not.. story: erm, visual: ok ,i rate it 2.5 stars.

twilight: breaking dawn

i know u love this movie! haha! well..i dont,honestly.but as i always said, when i already watched the 1st n the 2nd movies of a trilogy/more, i will need to finish watching the whole series. in this case,it’s this twilight saga. for this part I of the last movie, i found it pretty much just the same with the others, annoying. if u can bare with this whole married-baby thingy of a vampire and a human, or with my kind of excuse, then go ahead. no harm, only annoyed. LOL. luckily Kellan Lutz and Ashley Green can eased the pain. story: meh, stars: erm, visual: ok, 2.5 stars

New Year’s Eve

when there are more than 5 stars starring in a movie, call me! remember Valentine’s Day or He just Not That into You? that is the kind of movie you will get from New Year’s Eve,full wit stars <3 which i love. the movie is only focusing in that particular day before the new year, how all these characters live their life with hope, regret, wishes and dream that will take them to another level of what they believe and not believe in. it might looks cliche but this particular thing is the thing that reminded us that everything is possible if we just have a little faith. actually it seems pretty short for me, but then as the title already said “new year’s eve”, what can i complaint about? story: ok, stars: wow, visual: ok, i rate it 3.5 stars

Now since the whole office know that I go to gym,they like to bring up the subject whenever they wanna make joke of me..yes we like to make fun of each other so no worry. So there’s this one day my EM came down n chit chatting with the boss, and there’s my name suddenly pop out

EM: eh you didn’t bump to Ali meh when u go to gym, Celebrity Fitness also rite?
Boss: yea, I’m no longer going to Midvalley one,I prefer going to Sunway,traffic is much better.
EM: oh but he (me) really wait for bus for an hour just to go to gym one wor.if it was me,I’ll be sien by the time the bus come
Boss: yala, he got nobody waiting for him at home ma, he’s alone here.
Me: *jleb* (stab in the heart)

HOlla! been missing for quite sometime..unless you have my Fb or twitter you’ll know im still alive . i signed contract on the first visit you know! hahaa..well..cos i’ve been wanting to have a workout at gym since i was still in my college..then i thought this is the right time for me to start, so without any further hesitation i finally made up my mind. anyone wanna be my gym-mate please sign on Celebrity Fitness at MidValley, LOL, cos i need a mate..

ok,tonite i got a question for u who’s already attached.

how do u feel of being attached? does it make u a happier person?

u know,whenever i hang out or seeing coupled friends, most of the time i will have this jealousy thought, how they have someone to share anything anytime anywhere,how they have someone to nag to, how they will always have companion for meals n stuffs, and therefore u will have lesser lonely feeling.

i know u guys will say in a relationship there wont always be happiness and happiness,there are fights moments too..but that’s the way it works right. u will still have each other if there’s love..

i wrote this not cos im being emo or something,just my statement of being alone is not that easy at all and im hoping that my soulmate will come as soon as possible! hehehe oh and dont think that this is all im thinking and worried about ok!? look from my point of view too
